A friend gave me this photo of Ed White during Gemini IV in 1965, performing the first American spacewalk. It's signed by White with a message I can't quite make out. A quick glance at eBay suggests it has some value. Collectors love this stuff.
@brianvastag looks like the note says “with appreciation for your efforts towards $&@ defects. We cannot operate without it.” Can’t make out that one word but assume it is something like avoid or fixing. Cause who wants defects?
